    For the launch of Public Morales, TNT turned to BLC to craft a story that showed the corruption of the NY police department.

    The Campaign Launch, The graphic package and Teasers.  BLC created a series of spots and shot on location in NYC with Ed Burns and in Los Angeles.  combination Concept, Live Action, Design + Graphics package.
